Head of Fundraising and Communications

This role will lead our fundraising and communications work. You will have particular expertise in corporate fundraising which is a new area of development for Women in Sport. You will develop and deliver the wider fundraising and communications strategies. Your team comprises two experienced Senior Managers who lead on Communications and Trust and Foundation Giving, so whilst you will support this work you will not need to be so hands on.

Senior Communications Manager

The Senior Communications Manager leads and manages the development, project management and implementation of Women in Sport’s corporate and digital communications, our marketing and our public awareness and fundraising campaigns.

Crew Support Officer

The Crew Support Officer will be an energetic and relentlessly positive individual, with a strong customer service and relationship management focus and ethos.

It is your role to make sure the people working for the charity are supported to be highly successful. You will also be the first point of contact for external stakeholders. You will excel at building relationships and as an ambassador for our cause. You will do this by ensuring that the charity’s systems and process are followed, and by being the ‘anchor’ for the team.

Insight Manager

This is a part-time (three-day-week) permanent role reporting to and working closely with the Head of Insight & Innovation. You will have 2 direct reports at insight officer level, each working a 3-day week, as a job share.

The insight function is at the heart of the organisation. We are the only organisation in the UK that researches sport purely from the perspective of women and girls. Your role will be to help Women in Sport build on its reputation as the expert in this area.
