Kate is Head of Insight and Innovation at Women in Sport and joined the charity in August 2017, bringing over 25 years of experience in research, behaviour change and strategy development.

Prior to joining Women in Sport, Kate held senior roles at Twinings, Kimberly-Clark, Unilever and Duracell, leading global insight and innovation programmes for several major blue chip brands.

Kate led the Beyond 30% sports workplace culture research in 2017-18.
