Join the Daughters and Dads Skills Challenge

April 2020

We want to encourage families to try and make the most of this unprecedented time at home so, inspired by our Daughters and Dad Active and Empowered project, we’re challenging daughters and dads to hone their skills together at home. We’ve created six challenges based on six key sports kills: kicking, catching, underarm throw, bouncing, overarm throw, jumping.

Over the coming weeks we want dads across sport and beyond to try out these challenges with their daughters, film themselves and post it on social media, challenging others in the process. Post it using the hashtags #InspiredByDAD #StayInWorkOut
